Bamboozled Productions’ BAM WOW Amazing Show will delight children of all ages with big laughs, jaw-dropping circus skills, and plenty of thrills at the Garden of Unearthly Delights.
This action-packed children’s show stars one of Australia’s finest jugglers, Mr Spin (aka Nigel Martin), who brings his awe-inspiring circus talents, slapstick humour, and quirky comedy to the Garden’s Le Cascadeur every weekend of the Fringe, from February 15 to March 23.
Mr Spin is an international street theatre sensation and film star. He is joined by his talented sidekick, THE MAESTRO (Jai Lee-Martin), who provides live piano accompaniment and comic timing to create a funny, fast-paced performance that keeps both kids and adults thoroughly entertained.
In matching suits and bright red socks, THE MAESTRO plays the straight man to Mr Spin’s antics – except when he doesn’t.
Mr Spin’s comedy routine focuses on the unexpected – highlighting both the mishaps and the triumphs of circus performance.
Mr Spin says: “I say ‘Bam,’ you say ‘Wow,’ and together we shout ‘Amazing!’ The BAM WOW Amazing Show is a whirlwind of laughter, circus wonders, and non-stop fun – perfect for kids, parents, and everyone in between!”
In this ode to vaudeville, highlights include:
A quirky clothing routine that will have both kids and parents laughing.
A chaotic music stand routine that’s as hilarious as it is unpredictable.
A whimsical magic act, a six-ball juggling challenge, and even a ballet number!
And in a jaw-dropping finale, Mr Spin performs high atop a zig-zag unicycle while playing a mini bass and juggling a one-man-band performance – drums, piano accordion, and trumpet – all at once.
This is no ordinary circus show. It’s the BAM WOW Amazing Show – and yes, there are fart jokes!
