What we did: We took IntentCity from blank canvas to fully realised festival - curating the entire creative program, programming both ends of the audience spectrum, and managing the full Spiegeltent build, bump-in, tech and bump-out. And it all came in on budget.

• Children's Programme: 16 award-winning family shows spanning music, circus, magic and theatre, with 4 interstate touring companies alongside 2 local SA artists - including Children Are Stinky, Mr Spin BAM WOW Amazing Show, Monski Mouse Baby Disco Dance Hall, Pierre Uldric Enchantments, Mr Snot Bottom, and Dinosaur Time Machine

• Evening Programme: 9 nights of cabaret, drag, circus, music and comedy headlined by Matt Hale (Comedy Hypnotist), Nikki Britton, Dilruk Jayasinha, Wine Bluffs, Werk It!, and Geraldine Quinn's Broad

• A jam-packed 10-day run, complete with an Opening Night variety spectacular, daily family sessions and double evening shows across the weekends

Event impact: Cockburn Live gave the City of Cockburn a one-of-a-kind cultural drawcard - a striking, custom-built venue paired with a program big enough to anchor a major event, all delivered on budget. By blending national touring talent with homegrown SA artists, Bamboozled brought genuine variety and quality to Cockburn's cultural calendar, cementing the city as part of our growing footprint of WA partners alongside Joondalup, Fremantle and Fringe World.
