Southern Cross Care Fringe
Bamboozled Productions was delighted to work with Southern Cross Care in creating a bespoke fringe festival for its residents during the Adelaide Fringe season. Bringing the fringe to the local community meant that residents who otherwise may not have been able to access the Adelaide Fringe in the city, were brought a full programme of live music, roving & stage entertainment, all housed in one of our beautiful tents, so that residents could enjoy the fringe in their very own backyard!
Spread across four different Southern Cross Care facilities over Adelaide on four separate Friday evenings during Adelaide Fringe season, Bamboozled Productions brought a moving wave of Fringe mania to residents and the local community alike. We devised and delivered the end-to-end programme and production of live music, roving entertainment and stage performances in our feisty ‘The Pocket’ tent.
Residents were able to join in on the festivities and connect with the community during Adelaide’s most lively months of the year.

We hosted a series of events for our residents and community throughout the 2019 Fringe season and engaged Bamboozled to manage performing artists, tents and musicians. All of the Bamboozled staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. We had a number of logistical elements to consider; Trent and the crew were all so flexible as the events drew closer and even on the day as we worked through a few last minute changes! Louise chose brilliant artists for our events, who were all well received by our audiences. Her organisational skills are second to none and the events ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Bamboozled Productions to anyone looking to host a festival.

With the support of Bamboozled Productions and our Community Foundation, Southern Cross Care delivered a program of interactive circus shows, bringing the fun of the 2023 Adelaide Fringe to our community. Louise and the Bamboozled team understood our vision and worked with us to bring it to life! The program included 17 shows at our Residential Aged Care Homes, and one large community event. Together we brought the Fringe experience to our residents and clients in an age-friendly way, helping to reduce loneliness and isolation. The Circus of Stars program was a huge success!
